Event Planner - Book an Event - Rate Information

The McCormick Place Convention Complex maintains two rate schedules, with varying rate information depending on your event.

Conventions and Expositions
The convention/exposition rate schedule provides rental rates for events that use exhibit halls for trade expositions. The net square footage rate covers an exhibit hall license period of up to 14 days in the South (Hall A) and North (Halls B, C) Buildings, and up to 10 days in the West Building (Hall F) and Lakeside Center (Hall D, E). Move-in and move-out days are included, all subject to availability. McCormick Place provides a number of complimentary meeting rooms, based on the exhibit hall(s) used, for a period up to 4 days. Additional meeting rooms are leased at the daily rental rate.

Consumer and Corporate Events
This schedule is for individual meeting rooms and spaces used for meetings, presentations, banquets, and other non-tradeshow events including public/consumer shows. For these markets, exhibit halls are offered at a daily rate, as are ballrooms and meeting rooms. Rental fees for rooms used for hosted meal functions may be waived, depending on the amount of food and beverage revenue generated. Meeting rooms come equipped with available tables, linens, chairs, lectern, risers, electrical outlets, and microphone.

Arie Crown Theatre:
Rental rates for the theatre are based on the event activity, i.e, public event, ticketed performance events or private events for conventions and meetings. Additional fees for ushers, security and overall production labor will vary based on the event.
